Old Man

Dominic - A couple years back I was taking some time off , vacationing in California and I stumbled onto an older man playing his guitar on the boardwalk. He was homeless, hadn’t bathed for days,and was the most content, peaceful person I’d ever spoken with. It was shocking to me that he was so happy and literally didn’t have any money for food that night. I started thinking and realized I had wasted a lot of time in my life trying to find happiness in a better truck, a nicer house, and so on.... After talking with this man some more i realized his happiness came from a true place of thankfulness for just being alive. He trusted God to provide everything else he needed in life. He had been living like this for 12 years. Completely life changing for me... After relating this story to Aaron he helped me complete the words. Come to find out he is much wiser than he looks as well.. :)
